Stress relief is an understatement, we did 20 minutes of destruction and wow did I feel like weight had been lifted .We had a bit of hard time finding it but a quick phone call to the location and they got us straight. Also 10/10 would do it again!!!

Great to try! 25 min was a lot…We went for our son’s bday and they threw in an extra smash item.Great fun photos of before and after.They were professional and friendly.They did have an area to watch and computer games for those that didn’t participate.

My college-aged daughter and I loved this - great fun and all the smashing results in a nice little workout. : )

So much fun! These days it's great to get out a little frustration. My friend brought me for my birthday, and it was such a good idea. My favorite part was when we played a little baseball with the coffee mugs. :) It's also a good workout. We were pretty exhausted when our time was up. The lady that checked us in was very friendly. There is a window in the room, and she took some pictures that she gave to us when we were finished. Gave, not sold. Which I thought was pretty awesome. I'll definitely be going back.

My sister and I took my mom here for her birthday last week to try something a little different and it was AWESOME!! You start off with a plate where you write down something that is frustrating you and that's the first item you break in the destruction room! You get tons of glass items and appliances you can throw or use a bat and sledge hammer to break! You can pick your own music! You can all go in the same room together if you want too! I love that they recycle all broken items for art mosaic classes and for energy purposes! Highly recommend this place! Birthdays, date nights, guys nights, bachelor parties....so fun!!!
