Most music schools sell lessons. We built ours around a harder question: is the student still playing a year from now? That sounds like a small distinction. It isn't. Students rarely quit on purpose — they drift. Two missed weeks, a schedule that stopped working, a teacher who wasn't the right fit, and a family quietly disappears. So we built our studios to catch the drift. If a student hasn't been in for three weeks, someone reaches out that week. If a schedule breaks, we move the session instead of losing the student. If a teacher isn't clicking, we say it first and change it — fit is a fixable problem, not a reason to stop playing. The other half is making progress visible. Parents stay when they can see what their money bought: progress reports, a text the day their kid gets through a full song for the first time, a recital that proves it in front of people who matter. The practice happens at home, where we aren't. Showing the wins carries a family through the months in between. Everything else follows from that. Four studios across the Omaha metro — Omaha, Bellevue, Elkhorn and Gretna — real rooms, and a weekly 30-minute slot that stays yours. Published, fixed pricing with set rates for military families and families with more than one student, so nobody negotiates and nobody is surprised. Virtual sessions for snow days and travel, so one bad week doesn't turn into a stopped year. We'd rather teach one student for five years than five students for one.
