Such an amazing place to rent bikes! Everyone who works there is so nice, welcoming and helpful! We rented ebikes for 2 hours and we had a great ride all over boulder. They were able to give us directions so that we could hit a bunch of different views. We rode by the farmers market in town which was awesome as well! I run a customer success team and they truely have created a 6 star experience!

What an absolutely fun time we had! We rented electric bikes from Pedago Boulder for a half day self guided tour. Tina at the desk was super welcoming, and safety features were thoroughly covered. Bikes are slightly hard to maneuver and get accustomed to, especially through the town of Boulder- SO- we were literally escorted through the streets to get to our chosen trail (Boulder Creek Trail). Pack a lunch and make the most of your biking time!!

Pedego is a very professional outfit. We had a wonderful day. Tina was so helpful and the bikes were top quality and well maintained.

If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would. Three if us arrive at bike shop on a Thursday afternoon an hour before close. Ray from Pedego corporate had a wonderful sense of humor and knowledge of the bikes and what suited our needs. Other staff members helped with all are bike needs. Tina, the owner of the store is the most amazing woman. We bought 2 bikes and a week later we lost one of them off the back of our RV. Fort Collins Police Dept (shout out to the blue) picked up our bike and called Tina at Pedego. She in turned called us informed us our bike was missing from rack; human error, rookie mistake, a little of both. Apparently the bike was in good shape, repairs are in progress, and bike will be shipped to us at next RV destination. I can not say enough good things about the Pedego bike, the supreme customer service, and the great company that Tina runs and the store in Fort Collins too! Thank you! My husband and I are visiting from North Carolina. We decided we wanted to explore Boulder's bike paths. We googled and found Pedego. Tina was extremely friendly and helpful. We love the sweet little extra touches, like the complimentary bottled water and cookies she makes every morning. The bikes rode really smooth. I'm not ashamed to say that I barely pedaled! We did self-guided, but tours are also offered. We could not have asked for a better experience, and really enjoyed looking at Boulder from a different perspective. This is a must do if visiting Boulder!
