Love the infrared saunas here. The individual rooms are clean and perfectly curated to make you feel relaxed. It's the perfect little reset, and I've enjoyed my experience every time. The staff are also super friendly :)

I receive several services! OMG! The experience was fantastic! Jess measured me, and I had the 3D Body Scan(I looked awful!, with too much fat %). I then had the Contour Light, I found this relaxing! Then Jess measured me again, I lost 6 inches total all around my body! OMG, I cannot believe it! Then I did the sonic to get everything moving with the E.W.O.T. Oxegen Treatment! I feel refreshed! Next was 30 minutes of the PSIO Light and Aidio session(Really great!) Next, Maria brought me to the Hydo Massage bed- OMG- Like floating in the ocean! I then did the detox Foot bath(wow!).Last but not least was the Infrared Sauna Session- Now, I must say this was the Caviar. of the experience with the Contour Light! I have never even been able to stay in a regular sauna for more than ten minutes, I visited for the whole hour! This place is like a day vacation, a wellness Retreat all in one! The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely cares and enjoys what they do! This is the place for anyone who needs to twin down, relax, and is looking for a retreat! The best investments are the investments we make for ourselves for our mind, body, and spirit! Haute Healing Oasis is also a Learning and wellness center! They have memberships with no hidden fine print, and you can cancel anytime! There is a budget for all! It's an experience! I have already booked a month out for three times a week! I participated in an outdoor meditation a few years ago which was wonderful but what made me write this review is my session that I had with shaman Jorge. I waited a month to write this as I wanted to see if effects of the session are for real. Seeing the shaman was the best experience of my life. I honestly don’t know how but my life has changed so much in a positive way. I am calmer, all my negative emotions are gone, my impulsive behavior gone. I feel good in my own skin and feel more grounded . Even though it was on a pricer side this session has helped me more than months in therapy.
