During our annual vacation in October my wife and myself paid a last visit to look at the outside of the Carousel. The Carousel can closed down just before our return date to Anaheim to make way for a walkway to gain access to a car park at the rear of the property. This was one of the best family hotels within the area with prices that normal families could afford. Run by an excellent team from housekeeping to its senior management team on site. The property is now to be torn down, we hope with respect that the Carousel deservers. Sadly this is the last review we will write on this property, thank you Carousel for the past 20 years of looking after us, no more will the sound of children playing within its area be heard.

I had a truly lovely stay here. The room was clean and the bed was great! Lots of pillows. A microwave and small refrigerator and personal safe in the room. They also have 2 bedroom suites for a family. If you are going to Disneyland this is the place to stay! Restaurants all within walking distance! They have a service at the hotel where you can rent scooters or wheelchairs during your stay. Everyone I encountered at the hotel were all so NICE. They have valet parking which I used. Elevators/stairs/3 floors. I was very pleasantly surprised! I live in SoCal and just came for one night, so I didn't have to drive back home late at night. I will definitely be back.

The hotel is closed and being torn down. please remove it from the site. I called yesterday because I had a December reservation and they confirmed that the hotel shut down today and is being torn down. Apparently Disney bought several properties and is converting them into parking and another Disney hotel.

I gave this hotel a 4 because of their amazing staffs. From the valet guy to checking in and asking for small things, they were so delightful to assist in anyway. When I travel I love the feeling of being welcomed and they did exactly that. The room was a little small for my taste and there's nothing fancy about the hotel itself but for the price and location I was satisfy. I would recommend this hotel for a small family or a quick getaway. Walking distance to DL.

Such a wonderful place and the staff are absolutely awesome. It is so sad that this hotel is closing down. Only because Disneyland needs more parking. I sincerely hope the hotel that Carosel is buying is has good as this one
