PROS: very close to Disneyland, newly refreshed rooms, large bathrooms, friendly & helpful staff, military discounted rooms, facilities are cleanCONS: much of parking is taken/reserved for valet, rooms are bit small (just a TV stand with 2 drawers for your things that also houses a small safe, coffee maker, fridge); no desk, loud A/C, thin walls/ceiling (I can hear footsteps from the room above me & voices next door), staff are helpful but most don’t speak English so it’s hard to ask for assistance without going to the front desk, bed is quite firm & not very comfortable, cheap pillows, minimal toiletries (bring your own is best, especially hair care & lotion)

We always pick this hotel for the location, walking distance to Disneyland. It is always clean and staff is friendly. Pool is very nice. A small store on site with drinks and snacks. One thing that stood out for our most recent trip was the excellent water pressure in the shower!

Not a bad hotel for the price for easy walking distance to Disney. Staff was nice, but didn’t fulfill all our requests. Would stay again if visiting Disneyland.

We booked this hotel for the location to Disneyland and for the kitchen. The room and kitchen was very small but worked well enough for our stay. The pool was nice but crowded and the parking was tricky as some is self park and the rest valet. The kitchen was small but had most of what we needed. The missing items were pot holders, sharp knives, a dish drainer, and dish towels. We mostly used the stove and the full sized fridge and freezer.

I wanted to love this hotel so much! Unfortunately, I don't. The staff is great. The location is stellar. The building is in need of some attention. The ground floor room had a terrible odor and left me feeling ill. The very helpful staff was attentive and moved us to a new room. The 2nd room was better, but dated. I was very appreciative of the staff.
