First time user of your service and last time. Bus showed up late in Diamond Bar for pick up to las vegas. The inside of the bus was filthy. Empty water bottles in cup holders and wrappers laying around. The bus feels like something is wrong with the suspension its a rough ride. I am a guest services Manager at a Las Vegas Hotel and will pass on to our Concierge team to steer anyone away from using your service. Plus driver came across as rude to a couple customers who had to pay extra for overweight bags. Seats were terribly small for the full bus. Really not comfortable. Nothing luxurious about the Lux Bus. These guy will probably acknowledge being late as traffic issues and its out of their control seems to be a nice excuse for them. But the filthy bus! No excuse. It is a rough ride also. Good luck if you book this. Take my word Greyhound is better than this.
MoreLovely bus driver who gave a tour of local landmarks as we drove past. Very friendly with a beautiful smile
MoreI loved the Lux bus; Im handicaped and was treated with care; nice clean, friendly host, good movie; just sad its not going to my part of town
MoreMy partner and I used the LuxBus service for The LA Tour from Anaheim, Universal Transport & general ticket and Transport to Las Vegas. We were happy with all 3. Our tour guide Miss Tina for the LA TOUR was awesome and knowledgeable! We missed the bus for the Universal Transport, rang through to customer support and they were very accommodating allowing us to use the ticket for the next day at such short notice! The transport from Anaheim to Vegas was comfortable and safe. We were served snacks and soft drink and/or water if you wanted. The attendant was very informative.
MoreWe took Lux bus America 2 days in a row, first day, when we went to Universal Studios. Our driver came to look for us at the from of our hotel, that time we didn't know that we had to wait at the Orange County bus stop or the city bus stop whatever they called it. It was a smooth driving all the way to LA, we were the first one to be picked up. The bus was double decker, a very great view.
