Basically useless. Tracking app is pointless and inaccurate. Busses will turn around rather than picking up at all stops on the route. No where near enough busses for service requires at busy times. Save your money, save time, drive or take an Uber. Definitely do not rely on this service to get to Disneyland.

I booked an EVE shuttle to take me to the airport. I’m really nervous about taking ubers so I designed my entire trip around taking this shuttle—the hotel I stayed at, the flight home I booked, etc. EVE was supposed to pick me up at 6:20am. Never showed up. I chatted with the online bot, never got a response. Searched everywhere for a phone number, couldn’t find one. So I ended up having to take an uber anyways, and was so late that I had to run to catch my plane. I will never use EVE again.

App is horrible. Not user friendly. I had to call customer support several times. They were great in scheduling the transportation I needed from and to the Orange County Airport. App is okay once things are scheduled for you.

The drivers were all great and quite courteous, which is why I'm giving 2 out of 5. The policies of breaks and bus charging make the schedules that ART posts a farce. There are not enough busses to fulfill the schedules that they try to represent. I wouldn't be so upset about my experience if they had accurately represented when the bus was not going to show up. The schedules do not represent reality at all and the real time bus tracker doesn't help if it makes you leave the park early just to find out the bus isn't really coming back to Disneyland, because the driver must take their break then or charge the bus. It is really inconvenient when you expect to be picked up and leave the park according to the schedule to find that almost every time there's either a break or a charging session that means you have to wait an exponential amount of your vacation time waiting for a bus in the peak of California heat. It's also especially uncool that during these no shows, there are no other busses as a back up option for you. Morning pick ups were pretty reasonable, but we had to wait almost an hour almost every time we tried to go for a midday break.

The buses run in the morning, however you rarely see them in the afternoon unless you are on the Toy Story Line. We saw several buses “out of service”. I had purchased a set of 5 tickets for 5 days. We ended up walking and calling Uber most of the time. I’m sure they have good intentions, however I would not waste my money on this service.
