Located across the street and a short walk to the Toy Story parking lot. You escape crowded security lines at the park. Friendly and accommodating staff, rooms were decent. Clean rooms, air conditioning worked well (we were there during triple digit weather) and decent sized fridge in room. I had a scooter waiting at the hotel on arrival as they work with several companies. Pick up and drop off keys at the front desk. Parking is expensive but still less than Disney parking. No resort fee…breakdown on folio can be confusing because the rate is posted by each day rather than the daily average of total stay. We were told at the time of reservation that there was a free breakfast included but that wasn’t true.
MoreOur 4 night say was a disaster. Upon arrival we discovered our room to be above 80 degrees (took the A/C 3 days to cool down the room). Found a clump of black hair and a few loose hairs in the bathtub and despite having a fairly large bathroom had minimal counter space. The door to our room opened out into the hallway and had no secondary locking device. The room safe uses a physical key, not a personalized number code, so I question the security of the room and the safe. The room was spacious, but had the strangest layout ever. Weird cubbies, counters at 4.5 feet, not a single USB charging plug. As time went on it got worse. Shower was barely a trickle, couldn't wash my hair. TV stations went out completely at one point. Soda vending machines not working. Housekeeping did not visit our room once. I even asked at the front desk and still no housekeeping. Garbage was never dumped, towels never changed, bed never made.

MoreThe hotel is always clean and staff is so kind. The area is safe and quiet. We love the walk to Disney as it is not too long and CVS and 7/11 is on the way so it’s nice to stop and grab a snack!
