The staff was very nice, but the beds were very uncomfortable. The room is very humid. The hotel would do so much better if it was renovated, I will definitely invest in new beds and sheets. The bed gave me a bruise in the back. The sheets were very itchy. The front desk service was outstanding. I can see the staff was very nice, but the AC definitely needs to be fixed in the room, smell like they have a mold issue I will definitely not stay at this hotel again until it was renovated.

Our stay was better than expected. The only problem we had was the shower. Barely any water pressure which turned a 15 minute shower into a 45 minute shower. If you want to take a shower here you'll have to make a time allotment for it. Plenty of hot water though. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. The breakfast was chaotic, but very good.

We were here for 4 nights and picked this hotel for the parking and location to Disneyland. Room is a good size though our bathroom was small but had a huge sink and vanity mirror outside which made getting ready for myself and daughter a lot easier. Fridge and safe in the room. Comfy beds and pillows. Free breakfast included which had a good selection. My only concern was the cleanliness of the floor. I had walked around bare foot and the bottom of my feet were filthy !! Had to wear flip flops in the room. Bus stop outside which drops off at the gates to Disneyland and pkenty if restaurants and shops nearby. Great stay for the price we paid.

I would to let you know about a perfect service For the front desk, lady Ms. Ania she was amazing. She went above and beyond her duties to help her customers. I appreciate her smile. I appreciate your positive attitude. I appreciate her respect. I will definitely come back for this hotel, and I will be gladly happy to be one of your customers. On behalf the US military, I would like to appreciate the excellent service was done by her.

We stayed at stanford inn & suites for disneyland and Blizzcon at Anaheim convention center. The location was great for both of them! The breakfast was good. We chose to extend our stay with one day and that was no problem, we had to change rooms but the staff kept our luggage safe. The staff were really nice and checked if the room was to our liking. The rooms were clean and big. We are happy with our stay and would come back.
