The location was not particularly close to Disney. There was an overwhelming smell of Pine Sol that lasted for hours. The AC was blowing air that smelled like urine. The floor by the bathroom also smelled like urine. There were stains on the towels and pillow case. One night, it sounded like someone was trying to open the door. We took a chance and regretted it.

This was a cute motel for my family of 3 to stay in during our Disneyland trip at the beginning of September 2026. We really enjoyed the pool area the most. My 14 year old son loved that the pool was in the middle of open sun exposure, and I loved that there were some umbrellas for coverage so I could tan while he swam. There were also only ever a few other people at the pool at once, and we had it to ourselves a couple of times. This location is so conveniently close to the Garden Walk so there was no shortage of places to eat, or things to do. The walk to Disneyland park was only 10-15 minutes. The laundromat was also nice to have on site, and we ended up using it as our socks and clothes got wet during one rainy day at Disneyland. The price was right for the super cute little retro style family motel! We would stay here again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It is a great location for Disneyland. The rooms are pretty big and have hard flooring so they are clean. This time we got to use the pool which was lovely in the heat. The staff are very helpful with questions about your stay (we had room key issues) as well as questions about Disneyland. It's a 20 minute walk from there to Disney gates which is great in the morning but after all day at the park it's more a shuffle to walk back. I am pretty sure it doesn't have breakfast. The only trip up was that parking was $30 a night over an beyond the room rate. I would have preferred it in my room rate, that way i don't have to worry about being charged more after the stay.

Very dated motel. Our room had a stale smell to it. The bed linen did not feel clean, I itched all night from the linen and ended up with a rash.Staff at front desk not friendly and for the life of us we have no idea why, as an older couple with lots of luggage we were put on the second floor with no elevator. There was no offer of assistance from any staff memberThe only good thing about this place was the price and the location

I had bought my reservation online 2 weeks in advanced, with no mentions of any additional charges. I paid 230$ for the 2 nights, and upon arrival, they had asked my debit card, I assume to write down my information, and was told to tap to have the card on file, then I found out they wanted me to tap to pay 100$ deposit and then they charged 20$ per night for parking. I thought this was outrageous as there was no direct mention of these kind of charges. When entering the room, everything seemed nice, when my fiancee and I started to headed down to the pool, we stopped by the front desk and asked for “pool towels” as that was mentioned on a little card in our room, we were given what could only be described as hand towels or rags. Entering the pool we were met with the hot tub being out of order, and there was about 5 lawn chairs that were ripped in several areas. After heading back into our room, we took a shower and were met with a lime crusted shower head, a loose tub, and although they provide shower gel and 2 in 1 soap, underneath said provided containers was very dirty. Safe to say this place was not worth the 270$ we spent and will never book here again.
