Just a short walk from Disneyland and an even shorter drive from the Anaheim Convention Center, Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim offers comfortable guest rooms and an on-site restaurant. A swimming pool and hot tub are available to guests as well. Guest rooms also boast a 49-inch flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Patrons can sip on a cup of imported coffee while resting in the sitting area or working on the spacious deck. The pool is surrounded by tropical palm trees, creating ample shade. Guests can relax beside the pool with a cocktail from the Palapa Pool Bar, then watch the nightly Disneyland fireworks. Tru Grits is a modern New American restaurant that serves fusion cuisine, for those who are looking for some fine dining.

tripadvisorAlexa and Lorena at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Both were very kind to me at checking in.
MoreGreat experience. Easy walk to Disneyland. Lorena at the front desk checked me in and later helped with a lost key issue- genuinely friendly and kind. Thank you Lorena!Only lost one star because the room and building are showing their age and could use a remodel (door need to be pushed shut, walls and furniture worn and need of updating, shower/bath could use a new curtain). Had all of the amenities including a good work out room, pool open 24 hrs and hot chocolate/cookies available in the lobby when I checked in.Would definitely stay here again.
MoreReally great time here Lorena R was a great host
MoreI hate to leave an average review but I tell it like I see it. The location is okay but right by the freeway and the noise level is substantial. You know it is when they provide ear plugs. There is a separate sink area and then where the toilet is. Toilet has the small round seat and the TP is behind the door. It is a non-smoking but the people next to me smoked in the walkway and it got into my room. Also people did not honor quiet time. The hotel has a restaurant that was good. If I had to do it over again, I would choose a property on the other side of the freeway. Bonus is you can see DL fireworks from your room.
MoreThis was our second stay at this property, and the experience was much the same as the first — including, as I recall, a problem with gate access then too. Whatever the issues are here, they aren't one-off.The location works if Disney is your reason for being here — it's a long but doable walk, and you can see the fireworks easily from the property. That's the best thing I can say about it.The hotel is dated overall. Our room appeared to have been updated at some point, but the bathroom clearly was not. It also sits extremely close to the freeway, and the noise leaks into the rooms. Maintenance was the bigger issue. The deadbolt on our door froze in the open position. Our keys wouldn't open the rear gates, so we had to walk all the way around to the front entrance every time — and this continued even after the keys were re-keyed. Cleanliness did not meet the standard I expect from a Marriott property.Parking is $35/day, but the gate stayed open the entire stay with no apparent enforcement, which makes the charge hard to understand across two stays now.To be fair to the staff: they were friendly and did what they could to work around the back gate problem. The issues here are with the building and its upkeep, not the people working in it.I understand Four Points is a select-service brand, but this reads at motel level. I wouldn't stay here again.
