I booked the Deluxe Studio expecting a clean, comfortable stay based on the photos advertised. Unfortunately, the property looked nothing like the pictures. Calling this an Executive Suites is extremely misleading—it felt more like a rundown hourly motel. The room was absolutely filthy. There was mold throughout the bathtub, the baseboards looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, dresser drawers were missing, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. The list of issues goes on. I immediately went to the front desk to express my concerns. The employee offered me another room, but it was just as dirty and poorly maintained as the first one. I then contacted Expedia to request a refund. Expedia reached out to the property owner, but the owner refused to authorize a refund despite the condition of the rooms. I am currently working with Expedia to resolve this very disappointing experience. This property is a classic bait-and-switch. The photos do not accurately represent what you will actually receive. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else. Unless you're comfortable staying in filthy, poorly maintained accommodations, do not book this property.

A disgusting, sketchy trap. Looks nothing like the photos!I would give this place zero stars if I could. This hotel is an absolute health hazard and a total scam. Do yourself a massive favor and run the other way—do not book a room here, no matter how cheap it is. The pictures online are a complete lie. The website makes the rooms look decent, but reality is a slap in the face. The entire place is incredibly dirty and completely run down. The second I opened the door, I was hit with a horrible, stale, musty stench that made me want to gag. The Bathroom: Absolutely disgusting. The shower curtain was covered in visible grime, dirt, and mold. I didn't even want to step foot in there, let alone clean myself. Safety & Communication: There is no phone in the room. If there is an emergency or if you need something, you are completely cut off. The front desk experience tells you everything you need to know about how sketchy this place is. The staff stays permanently hidden behind a locked glass window.

First I would like to say that check-in was smooth and thank you to front desk gentleman that accommodated my requests. We had a reservation for May 1-3, 2025. This was a last minute trip that I decided to book in memory of my husband that just passed away. (We were supposed to go for May the 4th.) I was traveling with my sister and nephew (who is disabled and immunocompromised) and booked this hotel for a very cheap price. The hotel had a lot of mixed reviews, but a lot of good reviews, so I booked it. Once we arrived, I was horrified by the sight of the place. It was dirty. Everything was dirty and very sketchy. There was a guy just chillin in his car in the parking lot and another guy walking around looking into peoples cars.We sat in the car debating if we even wanted to check in. I thought, lets check in and see what the room looks like. I got out of the car and in the dirt right at my feet was broken glass drug paraphernalia!! I got back in the car and cancelled our reservation!! There was no way we were going to stay here!! I lost the first nights rate plus fees, but I didn't care!! I needed to make sure we were going to stay somewhere that was clean and safe for my nephew!!I'm not sure who gave this place good reviews, but I absolutely do not recommend staying here!! Pay the extra money and stay somewhere safe!! I would post the picture but I don't think it would be appropriate.

The pillows were flat as a pancake. We had to go to Target to buy 2. They provided us with 3 flat ones. The walls are thin so we can hear everything. The microwave didn't work. So we couldn't warm up our food. We booked 2 nights and I checked out for the second nite. The fan in the restroom didn't work either. I went for a less expensive place. I should of stuck to my hotel. Lesson learned. And they have no drawers to put away your clothes. The bathroom looks like they have water damage too. The ceiling over the shower looks bad. As u can see on the picture.
