I specifically mentioned in the reservation comment that it’s my son’s birthday but there was no acknowledgment when we were there. Totally opposite of the HGV resort in Dana point where they had a balloon and a box of chocolate for him. In the morning for breakfast, we were approached by Daphne who told us Hilton promotions. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the promotion. Breakfast was good. Loved the cook to order eggs.Atmosphere was relaxing because of the open view concept they have.Rooms were okay.

MoreI needed to go to California after the passing of a dear friend. I made a mistake on the reservation, but everyone I encountered was helpful and supportive. I appreciated the staff being attentive, beyond what I would have expected. Thank you for having a great customer service focus.
MoreI have been a loyal Hilton Gold honors member for a long time so I have been to numerous properties. I booked this reservation a few months in advance requesting a fireworks view but when we arrived they said no rooms available said the front desk clerk. Every where we go we usually get water and a goodie bag for being a Gold member not this time even tho the clerk saw this on his monitor. This stay started not in a good way cause when we did go up to our room the keys did not work mind you this happened to us 3 time where they had to rekey the cards every time. One of the 4 elevators were not working during our stay a minor inconvience . Now the goods things about this property the location was great especially if your going to Disneyland . The rooms were cleaned and comfortable . Morning breakfast was very organized and staff were super friendly. Overall this is a great place for families to stay. Would have given this rating 5 stars but that front desk clerk gave me a less than welcoming feeling during check in. I would recommend this hotel to every one.
