Every employee at Nutrishop Spokane are certified sports nutritionists. We differ from the average nutritionist in that we are not married to the food pyramid. We customize meal plans based on age, gender, goals and level of activity. Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain muscle, increase athletic performance or just lead a healthier lifestyle we will customize a program for you. Our meal plans are never a cookie cutter plan and all of our counseling is free. We also offer free body composition testing on our InBody 270, which measures and tracks metrics such as fat weight, water weight, BMR, muscle with water, muscle without water, lean body mass, and % body fat to name a few. We believe in proper supplementation, and all of our manufacturers follow current NSF regulations and policies, and each ingredient must pass FTIR Spectroscopy at 95% purity or higher before going into a product.
