The poor excuse of hospitality I've ever experienced in my life slum hospitality hotel owner the epitome of dissatisfaction perhaps a new career choice would be better off because their customer service skills f*** tremendously they do not aim to please they scam guest for their money by claiming that their hotel is full of capacity after the gas has already booked on a third party and had their reservation guaranteed by confirmation number. When the guys arrives to the property they claim that they don't have rooms they refer they got next door so the guest ends up being double the money and they profit off the room that's actually not even being rented out and if they want to rent it out they can double the money that's what happened to me have everything on video tape and everything's documented matter of fact I'm trying to get my money back right now $121 that they took them very next day after I had to pay to stay at their next door and they denied me access to my confirmed reservation

The price is very good. They offer basic rooms, with multiple different room layouts(kitchenettes, disabled, family room, etc). All rooms were clean, and I always feel safe when visiting. The location is great because Disneyland is only 2 or 3 miles,Knott's Berry Farm about 4/5 miles away and your across the street from all types of restaurants, movie theater,Costco and night clubs, bars and sushi restaurant. The train station is only 1 mile away along with the old spaghetti factory. Definitely recommend staying here. The only thing that would make it better is breakfast.

This is going to be a long review but this place shouldn’t even be on business... It was a NIGHTMARE from beginning to end. We booked through booking.com since was a close location to go to Disneyland. After a very long trip all we wanted was a shower and a good sleep. We didn’t get either. The room was filthy, old and with a bad stale odour. As soon as I stepped in the shower I saw beard hair on the walls. I just closed my eyes and had a quick shower.. I reached the towels and not even one of them was clean! Stinky and full of stains.. I tried at least to use the hairdryer and guess what?! It was broken! At this point I just wanted to scream and I went to bed. The pillows were yellow.. I had to use one of my t-shirts to cover it. The next day after washing our faces with COLD water (no hot water from the sink) we headed to Disneyland and when we came back we were shocked!! THEY OPENED OUR SUITCASES!! We left a couple of hoodies on a short chest of drawers with our luggages on it too because we didn’t even want our things to touch the gross carpet and they OPENED our luggages to fit our clothes in. We had a cooler with water and snacks and they stuffed my slippers, coat and scarf inside it! At this point my boyfriend was furious, went down to talk with somebody and the girl at the reception politely said that she was sorry and talk with the owner about a refund. The next day the owner came up with some bs saying that the room next door was flooded and they had to move our stuff to don’t get them wet. SERIOUSLY???? Our things were already NOT ON THE FLOOR!! And even thou it were true they shouldn’t ever opened our suitcases and just move our things on the bed.. leave a message.. anything but not opening them. Of course they refused to give us a refund after paying almost 200 US$ and we just left disgusted. People, stay away!

Arrived with a reservation from expedia. Manager said he had not received it, and refused to let me check in even though I could show the reservation. He said I should come back at 6 o'clock and see if they had received the reservation by then. I said I was not willing to wait that long and he told me to cancel the reservation the. When I asked to use the internet to do the cancellation he said their internet was down, and that was of course the actual reason he hadn't received the reservation. I canceled and stayed elsewhere.

Very bad experience. We stayed three nights and the fourth night we were out until 2pm. They damp our gear( luggage, suitcases out of the room) We lost phone and charger etc.. The hotel never admit there are phones and charges etc... What's more, they changed one more day on a different credit card. Warning, make sure you never provide your credit cards information to them....
