Reviews
tripadvisorThis is clearly the best family and business level hotel in Bentonville. it is quiet, clean and comfortable with an incredibly friendly staff and all the amenities you would expect for a much higher price. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and soft. The shower is strong with lots of hot water. Again, it is immaculately clean. It seems to have been built to compete with Airbnb‘s because there is a small kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster, coffee, and a decently sized refrigerator. The complementary breakfast is very well designed and the room it is served in is light and bright and very comfortable. This is a personal thing, but one of the issues in Bentonville is every hotel has deafingly loud air conditioning. There are mostly window units and we only found one other hotel that had a central air handler but it was loud too. The Element Bentonville has central air handler that is relatively quiet. It was so nice to get a clear night's sleep. We have stayed in most every hotel in Bentonville since we have family here and we keep searching for the one that we will come back to. Wr have finally found it and we will be back for sure.
MoreI was in town for a conference and had never stayed at an Element before. The hotel is nice and the king suite room was nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning made by Elsa was wonderful and she was super friendly and pleasant! I would stay here again.
MoreLoved this hotel when it first opened, but it is not being maintained. It is literally my first full day here (checked in last night) and I wrote the review immediately just to warn anyone coming. My room had smeared stuff all over the wall when you first walk in, with the light on it is 100% obvious and I cannot believe that the housekeepers do not clean this disgusting mess up. There was also some brown/yellow crusty stuff on the sheets (the housekeeping staff re-made the bed this morning and LEFT THEM ON!!) At his point I I have already gone downstairs 3 times for other issues (ps- they do not have and will not be having a bar, they are doing a happy hour now, so if you were told we are waiting on the liquor license when they first opened and were eagerly waiting- it doesn't seem its gonna happen) It is FOUL looking and I am loading the pictures, because I honestly cannot believe that anyone thought this was ok. I am so over it that I am just going to sleep on top of the sheets this week or go to the store and buy my own. The internet only works at a reasonable speed in rooms near the server according the the front desk. I am at the end of the hallway, was told to try to connect through another room number closer to the server (I mean, distance isn't going to change, I had to literally sit outside the room and then join and it was only a few MBPS higher- the speed is still horrendous and I am writing this review using my phone's hotspot because it is faster. We have a corporate rate with this hotel, but probably going to change that very shortly. The front desk staff stated I guess I could try to call maintenance but there isn't really anything they can do. I also explained that my company stays here and asked if they could email me the rooms that we should avoid in the future- she told me just tell them to stay close to the elevator.
MoreOur hotel stay was beyond expectations. The hotel was clean and the service friendly. We stayed in a suite (2 queen beds and sofa bed) and had plenty of room even when the sofa bed was open. That attention to detail could be seen throughout the hotel. The breakfast had less choices maybe than some hotels, but it always had some rotating item (French toast or pancakes the two mornings we were there) as well as some egg and protein offering, then a yogurt bar and all of the standard continental offerings. The best part of the trip was Foster. He was at the desk most of the time we were there and it honestly felt like we had a private concierge. The service was top notch. We will make this our first choice of hotels if we are in the area again.
MoreWe left the Element in Waco, TX aAnd had such a wonderful experience that we booked the Element in Bentonville, AR. We couldn’t believe the disparity between two locations of the same hotel. The Element in Bentonville checked us into a room that was already occupied. There were no dishes in the kitchen …we had utensils and cooking items, but no bowels or plates. Morning coffee downstairs had no coffee collars for cups and only one type of flavored creamer. At the Element in Waco they had carafes of whole milk, 2% milk, almond milk. Also the cappacino, latte, machine didn’t work and couldn’t produce steamed milk to complete requested drink. Early morning staff (Sunday) was clueless as to how to help. Sincerely disappointed in the stay and the comparative difference between locations.
