Visited and did a factory tour. Firstly from our arrival to leaving the staff were all excellent and knowledgeable. Learned a lot and at the end of the tour got a small gift bag of goodies to take away. All I can say is it was a great day and I would encourage you to try it

Disappointed that specialty coffees are no longer, however flavors can be added to regular coffee. Most unpleasant individual working in the gift shop. She was rude and not customer friendly at all. I got a commentary about how it took an hour and a half to clean the espresso machine and she was glad it was gone. If people want that type of coffee they can go somewhere else. She talked down about a fellow employee which was uncalled for. Asked if she was the only one working in the gift shop now and she out her hand up and snapped yes and we are not hiring. I was asking so I could go back on a day she was not there. Since it doesn’t appear that’s a possibility sadly I won’t be back. I tried to give her the benefit of doubt but her attitude has been like this every time I’ve been in and I’m done. Very disappointed.

So fun! And friendly staff. Love the handmade candy canes plus hard-to-find Bouquet caramels. Ended up buying $150+ of candy. Yikes lol.

My family has been buying these candy canes to hang on our tree since the 50’s. The quality has gone down so much that the candy canes can’t be hung due to being so misshapened . Very disappointing.
