Real let down and not worth the money. In the video on the website it looks so spectacular even including a car from the Bond movies. Went to the London one last week hoping to see it and one of two things happened: either it was false advertising and the Bond stuff was not there or the museum is do badly designed you miss the best parts. I feel scammed.

This place is an all-immersive experience that could take half the day to explore. There's an interactive portion where you go through several rooms that test different skills (memory, teamwork, adaptability, etc.) and that take up a lot more energy than I expected. There's also the museum portion, which is a lot bigger than it seems and which has a lot of detailed exhibits on spycraft in all its iterations, from cryptology to hacking to agent handling. I enjoyed how well-organized the entire place was, and it was definitely worth the money we paid. You can also set up a spy profile where you answer a bunch of different questions in several categories, and then you get a detailed spy profile that tells you what kind of spy you'd be (I got a hacker, which surprised me).

We are all part of a large surveillance operation. You hear this phrase and begin an exhibition of information and interactions about spying.

The games were good but 50 mins for 10 rooms at 2 mins per room is not possible given the amount of people left in at a time , you could be waiting 5 to 6 mins to get into a room and the clock starts as soon as you enter the first room. Of course you can buy extra time but that's the NY way , get you in , then get more.money out of you. We bought the spy games experience , we wandered down towards the museum after and were practically hounded back to the lifts to exit , not even a thank you for visiting. So much could be improved on to make it an experience to write rave reviews about but I'm sure ye will get there.

We did the SpyGames activity which was so much fun although crowded. The workers inside the activity were also very helpful and kind. However, the worker who cuts off the bracelets was rude and did not listen when I asked him to be careful of the beaded bracelet on my wrist which he proceeded to also slice off. Did not even apologize and the bracelet was very sentimental so the experience was kind of ruined by that.
