Location is great! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants close by (I would not recommend the Mexican place within walking distance though) would absolutely stay here again!
MoreNice hotel, clean. There was a grilling area, full-size fridge and kitchen, laundry facilities, plenty of parking, quiet. The hotel is connected to the Holiday Inn Express and sometimes you go to the other front desk for help. The manager gathering was only for Home2 Suites and the food was substantial enough as a meal. The staff was attentive to the quantity of food. Highly recommend it. Elevator rating =4 - multiple elevators that were fast. Not much waiting even though it was fairly full.
MoreHotel was clean, with larger rooms. Great location, with a lot of restaurants and shopping close to the hotel, and an easy drive to Canton and Akron. Staff were always very nice, and the breakfast bar was refilled throughout breakfast hours. One critique is the bathroom pocket door was very heavy, and difficult to open and close without a handle.
MoreIn general we love this hotel, I have reviewed it several times, and we stay here a few times a year when we are visiting family. This time we have one issue - our room was not cleaned one time in an entire week. We were there for seven nights, the sign in the room said they would clean every other day and no one came. We carried our own trash down to the trash at the end of our hallway. We were visiting a relative I the hospital and were out of the room hours a day. We made sure to take off our Do not disturb: tag so they would know the room was vacant. But we'd come back hours later, and nothing. One day we actually stopped at the desk and asked if someone would clean our room and when we got back. someone had made the bed, but we had no new towels, no soap for the dishwasher, no new supplies, and we had already carried out our own trash bags. We were disappointed because this is not the level of service we have come to know from this hotel. We still love the property, the location, the rate, the rooms - we will probably stay here again, but here's hoping by our next visit they are better at keeping up with their housekeeping schedule.
MoreThis stay was phenomenal. Clean, well appointed and comfortable. Located next to the turnpike and lots of restaurants and stores. Mark and Amber were particularly helpful in making our stay great. Thank you for a great experience for our family!
