I took several of my family's heirloom rings in to Fox Fine Jewelry have them checked and cleaned. I needed my mother's wedding set separated, cleaned, resized and repaired on a timeline so I could get it to my nephew to use when proposing in a month to his girlfriend. The agents at Fox were professional, helpful and quick. They did a courtesy cleaning on all of the jewelry and helped me to determine what might be worth repairing and what wasn't. They communicated during the process and had the rings available when estimated. The entire process was easy and painless. I would definitely recommend them.

Mathis did an amazing job honing in on exactly what I had in mind to alter a pair of earrings to match a pendant. I was able to trade in two gold necklaces I wasn’t wearing any more to help bring the price down. Zoey helped me when I picked up the earrings and also gave me an appraisal on another piece of jewelry I brought in. The earrings turned out great!

I collect wedding ring sets and Fox Jewelry is the only place I go for new gems, settings, sizing, modifications, restorations, and appraisals. I cannot leave the store without looking at all their cases for new and interesting pieces of all kinds and price ranges. Fox Jewelry is not just a jewelry store . . . they are a necessity.

This all began when my fiancée and I went out and we stopped at the grocery store, we were picking out a lot of fruit and we think her engagement ring slipped off at some point. We looked everywhere but to no avail. Some time later I contacted Debbie after doing some searching online and requested if they could do a replica ring. I gave them as many photos as I could and together we went through the details. I was amazed at how much details they could decipher from some okay quality photos. We came to an agreement and they went to work. I would upload photos of what the original ring looks like and what Debbie and her family was able to miraculously recreate for me and my fiancée but you can't upload photos here unfortunately. But we are so pleased with how it turned out. The original design was kept, with the only difference being that the replica is more robust and thick, which is a plus for her. We are very pleased with the work they are doing at Fox Fine Jewelry. I would absolutely recommend them for anything jewelry related, but especially with replica ring recreation.
