This weekend and next the Three Maskateers are putting on See How They Run -- a fun, British farce. This is just one of the many theatre performances and events hosted at the Ojai Art Center. If you are visiting or live nearby, then worthwhile, reasonably priced entertainment can be found here.

We had the privilege of attending Black Comedy, a farce by Peter Shaffer, which takes place in London during the swinging sixties. This was amateur theatre at its best with a talented and entusiastic cast. Farces are difficult to pull off and director Richard Camp did an admirable job. This is a small but intimate theatre, with brilliant sight lines. The people of Ojai are lucky to have such a great venue to attend. Judging by the posters on the wall this long running, (over 75 yrs), theatre group delight in tackling even the most tasking of plays. A wonderful venue, excellent cast and a delightful evening all for $15, can't get more value for your money.
