Very different style for sure. We have a place like this in south Florida that one man built by himself. Much respect for these people.

just amazing to see that one person did this all by himself. Respect! Worth visiting and be amazed.

Don't go to El Paso without stopping by here. It's a private home in a residential neighborhood that you can view from the sidewalks surrounding the property. I've been all over the U.S. and I've never seen anything like it. Park along the street and walk around this unique property. It's worth it. It would be nice if the owners would give a tour, even for pay or donations, to give more information about this treasure. However I respect their privacy and am thankful I was able to have this experience.

This is a drive by but you'll probably drive around a couple times to take it all in. We read the story on line and it certainly is a fascinating build.

This house is randomly placed in the middle of a residential neighborhood close to a freeway but I was out exploring for the day and went to see it. It's actually quite breathtaking in person and the architectural detailing is astounding. Built over many years starting in 1973 by a retired Levi Strauss employee for his wife it is unlike anything I've ever seen. If it fits your plans it's pretty unique!
