Gross Inspection Services protects clients from walking into a dream home that’s actually a nightmare. We use a science based approach and years of experience in the building industry to present a clear, honest assessment of the homes we inspect. With a background as a science educator and tradesman, we strive to not just present a list of issues, but to educate clients on the cause of them and how to address and/or prevent them going forward. We are meticulous with each inspection because we don’t take lightly that a home purchase is one of the largest financial transactions of our client’s lives. Our reports provide an uncommon level of detail because we believe that issues shouldn’t merely be flagged but should be supported with details. Our goal is to ensure that clients don’t find themselves in a financially adverse situation because the home they purchased had unforeseen problems. We believe that the value of our experience, training and knowledge ensures a sound investment for our clients. Because we do these things our clients are presented with a holistic Perspective of the home they intend to purchase, have confidence and clarity on what needs to be addressed, and can move on to a different property or into their new home with peace of mind.
