Newlyweds Kim and Stefan first met in July 2015; it was love at first sight. After a year-long courtship, they tied the knot in September 2016. Kim had been a successful Realtor in the Fredericksburg-Stafford area since 2002 and Stefan had been an agent in Northern Virginia since 2001, but had gotten his MBA degree and accepted a management position in the healthcare industry after 2008. However, he kept his license and never lost his love for Real Estate. In the fall of 2017 they decided to pool their talents and resources and start The KiSS Team at Samson Properties. KiSS is an acronym for their Initials Kim and Stefan Scholz. They are bringing their passion for Real Estate and a combined 30+ years of experience to this new endeavor. Kim and Stefan are ready to serve their clients with enthusiasm, professionalism and the high responsiveness you should expect form every good Realtor.
