Horrible Experience for my kids!! We had a birthday party for my twins. There were grown adult men in the dodgeball area who were throwing the balls as hard as they could at the faces of young children. Not only that, they were calling the young kids vile names while doing so. This is an area that is supervised by staff who allowed this to continue on. My husband talked to the manager, who by the way may be all of 20 years old. He went and spoke with the staff member in the dodgeball area. Not even 10 minutes later, when my husband was supervising, another kid in our group gets slammed hard in the face by this man while also calling her the N word. Staff did absolutely NOTHING. The person was not even removed from the dodgeball area or kicked out of the facility for assaulting children. We will NOT be returning. Shame on the manager at this facility for not doing the right thing.

Absolutely worse experience spent over 600 tonight and left unsatisfied. Asked staff to purchase ballons for my 3 year old daughter was advised no button to charge but if party left behind would bring over. Then once party left same staff sat and deflated them. Came originally for a birthday party for my son but did not book I'm advance to weather. Once arrived was advised could not book party and changed full price. With that no problem we had eleven people and are now taking up 5 tables in the toddler area. Asked manager for one of the empty non scheduled party areas that three were available and told no. Then asked him to contact General Manger who agreed to sit us. In the end horrible customer service and people skills. Recommend Get air or Bowelera for a great experience.

This is a great venue, with specific areas for different age groups and a great video game arcade for older elementary school age and high schoolers. Ample space to burn up energy and also getting your kids great balance training on the big trampolines as well as b-ball hoops. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

This place was a wonderful place to take kids. I loved the birthday parties and staff was very helpful, I was pleased! Until...the last birthday we attended went terribly wrong! The fountain drink dispenser wasn't working and I went to the restaurant to order drinks. The policy is no drinks outside the restaurant but people can walk around with alcohol all around the place??? First, alcohol is not necessarily the problem but there should be a new policy with paper or plastic cups so that I can walk around with my kids while enjoying a non-alcoholic beverage. I don't understand this. Second, the staff inside the restaurant were rude and condescending. I am not sure if this is where I want to spend my hard earned money. I have three children and it cost me $11.00 and time wasted because we could not leave the restaurant with the drinks and the kids were not leaving my side to jump because I don't want anything to happen to them. Extremely frustrating! I spent nearly $60 and wasted time and money because of this rule. Please reevaluate this policy.

Jumping World on Flour Bluff Dr has a toddler play area,a small kid's jumping area,a big people's area,a small fast food place and an arcade omn one side,and a bar and grille on the otherIt is reasonably priced for kids and least occupied on weekday mornings.If only a few kids are there,there are allowed everywhere.They also have a floating cylinder you can run in on the water for an extra fee.We have been several times.It is nice,clean and reasonable.Our grandson LOVES it!
