Whether it is an ongoing chronic condition, a desire to relax deeply, or to embody yourself more fully, structural bodywork is a connective tissue therapy which realigns the body in a more efficient and balanced way, reducing or eliminating pain and increasing overall ease of movement. This is a myofascial approach which features more grip and mobilization of tissue. You can compare it to deep tissue massage, but without being hard or painful. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
