I had to travel on an emergency trip to Florida. I suffer from severe claustrophobia and anxiety. The crew at Islip airport and crew at Orlando airport, both ground and flight attendants really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease.I was not looking forward to flying and this being the first time I traveled with Southwest, I can honestly say, I highly recommend them.Thank you to the ground and flight crew on the MCO- ISP run. You really helped me get over my fear of flying!

We had a flight on Jet Blue. Sat at the airport for 5 hours when Jet Blue announced flight was canceled on no other plane for 16 hours. Well Its 1;30am and I call SW SEDAN. Yes they answered the phone, found a driver and picked us up to bring us home within 15 minutes. NOW THAT SERVICE and something you don't get anymore. I highly recommend SW Sedan if you want a limo service. Gene Van Auker

We are snowbirds and when we are in Arizona we have a lot of guests fly in to come visit. We use Southwest Sedan to pick up and return our guests to Sky Harbor. Saves us a lot of trips to and from the airport and saves our guests the hassle of renting a car and driving up. They are a top-notch service. Their cars are very nice and over all they make our guests visits less stressful for everyone!
