We had a wonderful girls trip touring different wineries with Dow! A gentleman driver who looked out for all of us. This company was easy to work with and John was very helpful and accommodating for our trip!

If incompetent and unprofessional were a person, it would be this owner John.We booked their business to use as transportation for my wife and I's wedding and from the very start it was AWFUL.Our wedding was in April of 2022 and we signed a contract, along with a down payment in November of 2021. After we gave him our downpayment we didn't hear from him for almost two months. At the beginning of 2022 we reached out to him to confirm with him all of the details of our deal. Not only did he lose our downpayment but he never tried to get back in touch with us unless we hounded him for days.After months of trying to reach him, he some how mysteriously found our downpayment, but then proceeded to tell us he could not honor this contract anymore which, newsflash - is not how a contract works.After working with him, we finally agreed to give him more money than previously agreed upon but that still wasn't enough. This man waited until THE WEEK OF OUR WEDDING to give us every excuse in the book - from I need more money to I am not sure I can fit my busses at the venue, etc. We still gave him more than 50% of what we initially agreed upon in contract. To make matters worse, the night of the wedding he didn't even do what we paid him MORE than we agreed upon to do...He agreed to do 2 rides from the hotel to the venue and 3 rides back from the venue to the hotel to get everyone home safely. He only did ONE RIDE back, leaving a-lot of our guests stranded. We then had to call and hire drivers on the spot to get the remaining guests home safely.Even some of his own drivers said this is why they never work with him - John is incompetent, disorganized and extremely unprofessional plus has zero idea what he is doing.If you are having a wedding and need a trusty person to shuttle people - bottom line DO NOT USE YADKIN SHUTTLE SERVICE.....I am sure he will try to delete this review but I hope people know how truthfully awful John is to work with.

We visit the Yadkin Valley area every year We have used this company three times now Well organized , educated , fun tours They plan everything for you and you sign up online The best wine tasting experience and we have been to Napa four times Ask for John He is the owner and the best tour guide on the planet !!

We had a very enjoyable day touring 4 wineries in the Yadkin Valley. Rufus was wonderful! He spent time finding out what type of wines we preferred and our interests to plan a day to best fit our group. We were staying at a rented home in Traphill and he was very accommodating and picked us up at our house. We were able to enjoy private wine tastings at wineries that were all unique, beautiful, and with good wine! It was very evident that the winery owners and employees all had a good relationship with Rufus. We appreciated his knowledge of the area and enjoyed spending the day with him. If you plan to schedule a wine shuttle we would highly recommend Rufus and the Yadkin Wine Shuttle.

Rufus took us on a great tour of the NC wine country in Yadkin Valley. He was so nice and knowledgeable of the area. We were surprised at how great the wines were that were served on the tour. Rufus took us to 4 wineries with great scenery, food and wine. Each were different in their own respects and delivered a surprising array of wines to taste. Piccione was by far my favorite. Be sure to make it one of your stops.
