A full day tour of the Nashville area was made extra special due to Jim’s personalized service. He called in advance to discuss our interests and picked us up at our hotel. As a landscape architect, Jim included a stop at Bicentennial Park, and had the book on it’s design available for me. A thoughtful gesture that made the day more special. We lunched at a great spot in Franklin and covered a lot of ground. Jim is a wealth of information, with vast knowledge in a variety of subjects. We highly recommend a tour with Jim as your guide.

Just got home from a full day Civil War tour with Jim and I cannot say enough how great it was! I arranged the trip as a holiday surprise for my dad, and it exceeded all expectations. Jim picked us up promptly at our hotel and first took us on a journey to Franklin that was full of stories and fascinating insights that really made the time period come alive. We visited so many historic sites and homes over the day: from the Lotz house to Carnton to Fort Negley! As a Civil War buff I learned so many new stories that I can't wait to share. Thank you for a day we'll never forget!

This was an outstanding tour. We purchased the VIP-ticket, it is an interactive self-guided tour. The museum is is excellent and well maintained. The home itself has been well maintained and does have docents that provide a wealth of information. The grounds and near by buildings are once again, well-maintained. It is an excellent tour.

We decided to tour the town of Nashville. You can walk to most of the attractions, however, it is just too far apart. Took the trolly sightseeing service. Guys driving were great!!However, far too few busses, we did not complete one round. Picked up people that waited 4 trollies, did not pick up a couple that shouted they have waited 1h45!

A girls trip to Nashville recently was full of fun and music. We booked a hotel within walking distance to the Historic downtown and walked the first night around the downtown. Taking the tours and hearing about Nashville and it's history completed our trip. The tour was informative and the guide's sense of humor was delightful.
