The Rito Loco restaurant at Florida Avenue has evolved from a food truck into a counter-serve restaurant serving creative tacos, burritos and bowls. Relish Rib burritos or tacos prepared with braised baby back ribs seasoned twice or Mojito which is a south beach inspired delicacy and is prepared with citrus infused pulled chicken. They also have vegetarian and gluten-free options, so everyone can get a taste of how sumptuous the food here is. You can complete the meal with a dessert rito. Both Fruit and Smore’s Rito are quite appetizing. If you love Mexican food, you’ll certainly love the innovative dishes served at Rito Loco. For those who don’t live nearby, don’t be disheartened as the food truck is still in operation too.
