Excellent hotel and outstanding service. The Jacquard is a beautiful property, but the staff really stood out.A special recognition goes to **Stephinity at the concierge desk**. I accidentally left my luggage behind after checking out, and she went above and beyond to help. She located my luggage and arranged to have it shipped back to me.Stephinity was friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Her follow-through made what could have been a major inconvenience incredibly easy to resolve.As a **longtime Marriott Bonvoy member**, I have stayed at many Marriott properties over the years, and service like this stands out. The Jacquard has earned my highest recommendation. The hotel is excellent, but the personal attention and commitment to guest care truly set it apart.If you are staying in Denver, especially in the Cherry Creek area, I highly recommend The Jacquard. **This is exactly the kind of property and service that keeps me loyal to Marriott Bonvoy. I will absolutely stay here again.**I had a beautiful corner King Suite with marble floors and a large bathroom. Extremely comfortable. 5 Star and Michelin-star restaurants and Bars. SafetyWalkable to all restaurants and attractions. Amazing customer service from Stephinity. She dropped off my bag and shipped it to me via FedEx.

5 night stay for mother and two twenty-somethings daughters. We had a fabulous time at this stylish and luxurious hotel. Location was A+ for extensive shopping and dining, both within walking distance (Hotel restaurant was excellent as well). Room service was prompt and yummy. Hotel management friendly and accommodating. Sixt car rental within walking distance. Gym is excellent and accessible. Will stay again at The Jacquard.

We celebrated my friend’s 60th Birthday at The Jacquard. Little staycation. Very satisfied customers. 10 ⭐️ ‘s all around. Jamie at Narrative, an absolute fabulous human, made sure we had a great bday brunch. Fayden what an amazing check-in with a lovely bday gift, Vincent for a seamless check out, Nichole our incredible waitress for brunch, and Kasey & Rafael up at the rooftop pool. Debbie the DJ up at the rooftop pool, great music and kind vibes. Everyone worked hard to make certain we had an amazing unforgettable experience. Very grateful to this team for truly going above and beyond for my friend’s 60th. Highly recommended for anyone!! I’ll be back soon!! Thank you

I LOVE this hotel!! This review is long overdue but better late than never. I've stayed at this property several times and each visit has been a delight. I never want to leave:) The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful with any issues you may have. I had a very strange issue once and Yasmin went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Nicole was super gracious on my last stay and also went above and beyond to help with a minor issue. As a Titanium member, I have been upgraded a few times...and I am always grateful for that. They do now charge a $30 daily destination fee which is a bit of a bummer but the Narrative has great food and drinks so most of the time, it does not go to waste. I try to take advantage of the rooftop pool when weather permits and it is quite lovely and relaxing. The rooms are a tad small but the beds are very comfortable and that is very important to me as I am not a very good sleeper. Glass doors in the bathroom is a little odd but the entire room including the bathroom are always clean which is also very important to me. Staying there again in a month and can't wait to hang in my home away from home when I am visiting my son in Denver. Going to Red Rocks this time and although there are much closer options, I know what I am getting here so I'm opting to stay further out but in a place that always ends in a truly delightful visit mostly due to the wonderful staff!
