Coastal Grand Mall
Coastal Grand Mall Shopping Center & Mall ·$$

Coastal Grand Mall is Myrtle Beach's most popular mall. Its location right near the airport is a jaunt away from the busy beaches, but nonetheless, it's the place to come if you're looking for big box stores. Some include Old Navy, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Sunglass Hut and many others. Most of the dining establishments are also well-known ones like Chick-Fil-A, Texas Roadhouse, Auntie Anne's Pretzels and the typical other chains in the food market. Great indoor mall for a rainy day! Lots of name brand stores to pick from.

Pretty good mall. Your basic stores and not a lot more but it’s clean and welcoming. Went on a Saturday evening in the summer and wasn’t too busy. A few decent chain restaurants nearby

Great mall. As lots of activities also has a great food court. Has a movie theater. Has a bowling alley area with arcade hatchet throwing and laser tag. There's also a place in there that is actually a barber shop with students who do learn at certain times of the day on how to become a barber and see what the shop is like. Cuts are reasonably priced and our son did come out with a great haircut. This is one of the only malls that I have seen myself that is pretty much full of stores that are open not many places of unopened stores or closed stores. That's a great mall.

Absolute worst experience ever. Received a spiral hair perm that completely fell out in less than 2 weeks. Come to find out the stylist had not done a hair perm since she was in beauty school - 17 years ago - nope not one, mine was the first. Honestly, I could get over that if they would have fixed it, but not even close. The Salon Manager Wendy was absolutely rude would not do anything, then spoke to the GM (in person) who would not hear anything I had to say just that the Salon Manager already told me they were not going to do anything. Today I was going to file a complaint with the State Board of Cosmetology but needed the last name of the sylist and manager. I called the Salon and spoke with Salon Manager Wendy who hung up on me when I asked for the Stylist last name! Wow - that is some customer service! Know if you go here and have a problem - that is the service you will get!
