I am not sure who the front desk employee was at the time that I called, but it was a woman. Not only incredibly rude, but put me on hold and then hung up on me. Not just once, but twice; this same behavior happened to another one of my friends who was staying at the same time I was. Then, when I got a text about 24 hours before I checked in asking if I had any questions, I responded back asking if I could check in the vehicle I was going to be using for parking now over text, rather than filling out a paper when I got to the hotel. I clarified in the text that I was not intending to park in their parking lot before my check in time, just that I wanted to get one more thing off my plate as I was there for a wedding and just wanted one less thing to do. No response. What is the point of asking if there is something you can do to help when you aren't going to follow up on that offer?? At least respond with no if it can't be done. The room itself was okay at best, the LPV floors made the room feel cold and dystopian, and also the couch had been moved so many times that the floor was scratched terribly and looked more trashy than it already is because it is cheap LPV. The drain in both the sink and the bathtub were terrible. The shower drained so badly that by the time I was done with my shower there was over 3 inches of standing water in it, talk about a quick way to make a hotel feel ghetto. Also when I was checking the bed for bed bugs by lifting the corners of the mattress, I discovered a draw string bag under the mattress with empty baggies in it. . . I would not return.

Had a very bizarre experience with the reception staff working. I had called about a pick up order of food, and the woman on the phone was extremely annoyed having to answer the question about the “ghost kitchen” and where to pick up the food. When I arrived and stood at the bar, I see the reception staff member and the kitchen staff member talking and laughing about taking my food if I ended up not showing up. I eventually get my food and as I walked past reception, said I got my food, I’m glad you didn’t take it! I overheard that conversation, not very professional. In response to being caught doing that - She followed me out to the parking lot and stated that if I continued to “be hostile” she would call the police. She pulled her phone out and appeared to call law enforcement - this was for noting the unprofessional convo I overheard at my expense!

Good location to downtown Omaha. Can be a long walk to the busiest most popular parts of downtown Omaha being the Old Market. Room was clean and quite spacious. Did not use any of the amenities or eat in the restaurant.

My daughter is a student at Creighton, and I love staying at this property when I come to town. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable and the staff members are very friendly.

This hotel is in a perfect location within walking distance to the ballpark, making it so easy to catch the game. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We enjoyed some downtime between games at the lobby bar. Highly recommended for any baseball fan!
