I am here to offer expert advice for all of your real estate transactions. I specialize in investment, equestrian, and vacation home properties, but I serve clients with varying needs, from first time home buyers to sellers who live out of state. I have owned and operated my own vacation rental/wedding venue for 8 years, and I feel qualified in finding vacation homes for you to invest in that will maximize your ROI. I have also owned a ranch for 20 years and trained horses for 24. I am qualified in assisting you with the purchase of your dream farm, and I don't miss any of the details. I am familiar with navigating feasibility contingencies and am excited to help you! I have built entry level homes as well, and one of my greatest joys is helping a first time home buyer obtain their very first home! Extensive experience in developing raw land, rehabbing/flipping distressed homes, rental properties, equestrian properties, & vacation homes. If you want an expert on your side, call me!
