Dr Downs is a good surgeon. He did a complete knee replacement for me. If you need to have that type of surgery, go to him.

Dr Downs did my rotator cuff surgery 2 months ago. I'm very happy with my progress. Short wait times at his office. He's very professional and friendly, takes time for your questions. Great doctor.
