DON’T EVER STAY HERE! EVER! Place is DIRTY with ants throughout room. Smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the room when it’s supposed to be smoke-free. Husband and wife were VERY rude! I would never ever stay here again. I promise. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!

You couldn't pay me to stay here again. Actually, I paid an extra $250 so that I could stay at a different hotel AFTER I paid Welcome Inn.They expect a $60 ACTUAL IN CASH BILLS deposit when you check in. Debit cards are not accepted. If you overlooked the notice when you book, they will condescendingly point it out to you and even pull it up on their phone to show you. For whatever reason they treat you like you're a problem customer for a simple mistake. I went to the ATM and got them the $60 in cash and figured that would be the end of my interaction with them. I was wrong.Be aware that if you have a handicapped placard, you have to alert them BEFORE you arrive otherwise they will tell you that you can't park in a handicapped spot. In addition, they don't have the handicapped spots properly marked with the extra space to the right or left so they use traffic cones to block off the actual spots. They will threaten you with towing because even if you are allowed to park in the handicapped, you have to read their minds that the spots that are blocked off are the actual spots to use. They will bang on the door to tell you to move your car. I would have appreciated the warning if I hadn't been startled from the out-of-nowhere door knock slams.I gave up and went to the Holiday Inn Express Colton. They were much nicer.Welcome Inn does have clean rooms though. The reviews are true about that. The area the motel is in is not the best. Especially since they don't even have an office for check in - only a window.
