We offer general home inspections to include radon testing, mold testing, and wood destroying insect inspections. We are a little different than your normal home inspector in that we are registered with 5 county health departments (Summit, Stark, Portage, Medina, & Wayne) to legally perform septic system inspections and registered with the Ohio Department of Health to legally perform privater water system inspections and sampling anywhere in the state of Ohio. We offer a 20% discount to all First Responders, Active Duty Military, Reservists, Veterans, and Teachers.
