We had an amazing tour with Lance. He knew his history, the humor plus the ghost stories he told made the night unforgettable. We’d highly recommend this tour, take advantage of the late night time they offer. Well worth it!!

We signed up, paid for a tour, and our tour guide was nowhere to be found when we arrived at the location and time we were given. We called their Customer Service multiple times. The people we spoke to told us they couldn’t locate our guide and then refused us a refund. We expect the guide just decided to no-show and the company doesn’t want to be held accountable. Be warned there is no accountability for the guides or the company as a whole. If your tour guide chooses not to show (or as they suspected, starts the tour 30 mins early without the whole party), you’re out of luck and money. Highly recommend choosing one of the many other reputable tour guide companies in the area.

Went to Charleston for a girls' trip and we had the best time on this tour. Lots of history and great stories.

An amazing ghost tour!! Only lasted an hour and would of stayed longer. Alex is an amazing tour guide and kept us engaged. He knows a lot of history about Charleston. Will recommend to anyone!!

Absolutely amazing tour with Lance. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and history. Very funny and answered questions/allowed involvement from the tour group. Even had some pictures of his own evidence from one of the tour locations. 10/10 recommended this tour and I'd go again!
