Very disappointing. we traveled 3+ hours from New Jersey just to take a tour of the factory as noted on their website. The TOURS WERE CLOSED and totally discontinued. It would have been nice to correct the website. Very annoyed!

Very interesting and explanatory narrative on the audio tour. Liked that it wasn't hurried; self-paced.Disappointed that we had to drive elsewhere (but only about 4 blocks) to buy product and no sampling was available at either location.

Tour was alright. Bought several bags of rippled chips and two barrels of peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets afterwards. It's bad enough that you only get half of a package of product in the first place (never mind the product settling excuse, but more than half of what was there was in small pieces. Not worth the money. The pretzel nuggest has alot of pretzel and a mere smidge of peanut butter in them. I've been buying Utz products for years and have noticed the decline in quality, as so may corporations and businesses are executing these days. I'll be dropping Utz and moving to another brand.

We came to this tour and store down street few years ago and we swear it’s just as great if not more interesting each time.. and the savings and quality products from outlet store cannot be beat!!

Very interesting to watch the process and the chips were delicious. At the end we were given a 15 % off coupon for the factory store. Great afternoon trip.
