tripadvisorGreat fountain. So much art-work and detail. Unfortunately, we were there at night and that's when the homeless started camping out. No judgements, just be cautious.
MoreMy wife and I mainly wanted to visit Swann Memorial Fountain because it’s featured in an episode of one of our all-time favourite shows, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia! As big fans of the show, we had to make a stop here while exploring Philly. What we didn’t expect was just how much we’d love the fountain itself! This thing is HUGE and absolutely beautiful in person! Pictures really don’t do it justice. Honestly, this is the prettiest fountain I’ve ever seen in person, and the scale and detail make it an impressive sight to take in. Even if you aren’t visiting because of the show, it’s well worth checking out.The location is fantastic, too. Being right across from the famous Rocky Steps makes this a great stop to add to your Philadelphia sightseeing itinerary. There’s so much to see in this area, and the fountain is definitely a highlight.Overall, we’re really glad we made the trip here. It was a fun stop for It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia fans, but the fountain itself exceeded our expectations. If you’re exploring Philly, I’d absolutely recommend taking a few minutes to admire it and snap some pictures!
MoreBeautiful fountain with nice backdrop of city sky rises. Good place for photos.
MoreThis is a beautiful park. The fountain is large and you can get in, swim, sit or just wet your toes. There are benches, large grassy areas, mature trees and beautiful flowers. The beauty of it will make you want to just stop, sit and enjoy the view.
MoreLovely fountain in Logan square. Nice to sit although it is in a roundabout so not exactly peaceful. But the highlight for me was the frogs spitting water. Oh and the tortoise. Not seen that before despite many fountain visits. Well done the sculptor. Top choice ! My kids would have loved it.
