Travel across country Boston to Phoenix on 70. Stayed at this Delta hotel by Marriott Indianapolis Airport and it turned out to be the bestday on our entire trip. Beautiful hotel, extremely helpful staff in the front office manager whose card I picked up who is the kindest and most helpful woman that had a beautiful presence. Her name is Sessy Harris-Street. As a Marriott Member, when I travel across country, I only stay at Marriott for many reasons, but I especially love the comfort of their beds. This trip was extremely stressful including the difficulty that I experienced with Marriott's all across the country in trying to book a room each day. But this hotel stay melted the stress, from the beautiful lobby and room layout. to every staff member and especially to the kind hospitality of Sessy at the front desk. Thank you.

Checked earlier in the day to see what the shuttle service was like and how to hook up with it was assured everything would be really easy and they say it runs 24 hours a day which may be true but they only pick up every half hour I tried using the Marriott app to request pick up and AI tells me to call the hotel then I had to navigate the hotel phone system finally got somebody they told me it's going to be a half hour wait that's not good after traveling all day then I heard the road noise that's described on the other reviews they're not kidding should have known better... then the restaurant which the Marriott website indicates it's open on the weekends is not open on the weekends. Why would anybody knowingly stay here I don't know or my lesson never again!

A short drive from the airport. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Room is quite large with a fridge and more than fit for purpose including a large business desk. The nearby highway and the aircon can be quite noisy but earplugs are provided. The water pressure was quite poor, not a great shower. Prepare for the slowest Starbucks in America, even though I was there at 6.30am, it was a 40min wait, one person just moving very slowly.

The hotel has been updated and the beds were comfortable. Good light, modern, & clean. There is significant highway noise if your room is at the end of the hallway. I was disappointed that the gym door had run out of battery. The front desk could not open it and the maintenance employee had gone home so I was not able to walk. Otherwise I’d stay again.

I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Their so-called 24/7 shuttle service is completely unreliable - they do not answer phone, leaving you forced to pay for an Uber back to the hotel. This is unacceptable for late night arrivals when you are counting on transportation. I would not stay here again.
