Cab rates clearly stated on window. Denver Airport (taxi line) to hotel. $2.80 x 36 miles (per driver) $100.80. He charged me over $120.00 and said the cab rates on the window was 3 years old. We discussed that those rates provided to the passenger should be the rate changed. He kept stating the rates were old. He already charged my card for $120. Then complained that I didn't give him a tip. I did - $20 = 20%.

I've been relying on 1st Denver Limo and Airport for transfers to/from Denver International Airport for nearly ten years now, especially for international flights. They are a small firm with great customer service. Always on time, always kind, always clean car. It's a relief to see them waiting after a long flight, and they've even helped in the past by dropping one family member to school before driving the rest of us home when time was crunched. It's nice to know who is meeting you when the airport is so far away from the city, and taxis (and solocar drivers) can be so spotty.in terms of quality of car. Highly recommend 1st Denver -- they work hard and are reasonably priced no matter what part of Denver you need to get to or get to the airport from -- not easy to say in a spread out city like Denver. Great for bridesmaid and business arrivals etc too.
