Don’t trust this company. We get there and we were able to unpack for 30 minutes before we were told we were evicted. No damage was done and we were not being loud. Not all members of our 30+ party were here yet. We were forcefully kicked out and told to drive 8 hours home. Oh yeah, no refund as well, so basically a scam.

The chairs and umbrella were very classy (nautica) and the cart was easy to maneuver. Plenty of toys and two large boogie boards come with it.The real gem in this business is the genuine hospitality from the owners. We didn’t stay an entire week so they adjusted when they could pick up the cart without hesitation. They arrived to drop off exactly on time. They were truly nice people.

We rented 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 boogie boards for our week long stay. They were delivered on time and in a nice caddy for easy transport to the beach. Umbrellas were large, handle crank, aluminum base and very sturdy. Chairs were great too. All looked brand new. Great price for all!

Our last beach day in Hilton Head was ruined! When I reserved the equipment, we rented it for a week. It was supposed to be delivered on Sunday with pick up on Saturday evening. They picked up the equipment on Friday evening. I called numerous times and left messages. I NEVER received a call back! The equipment was there when we arrived and it was in good shape and what we ordered. I would recommend trying another rental company.

I don't need to look for another company when coming to HHI because Keen's is terrific. Great products, competitive pricing but most of all, a high level of service. We had a scenario where a boogie board that I was using was ripped by the strap due to rough sea conditions. I called Keen's to notify them simply what had occurred and by the time I got to my room a new board was there. I didn't ask for a new one, but they went out of their way to accommodate me which I not only appreciate but will remember when we return next year. Great products - better people
