tripadvisor0 big fat 0 Don't waste your money, we reserved a king bed handicap ended up with a double. It would have been ok but shower had water leak that kept the restroom moist almost fell the towel rack was coming out of wall. The head board had a drawn pic.of a penis, and the beds had no blanket just top cover and sheet. The floor was dirty and the draws smelled of marijuana and at night lots of noise. Cigarette butts and dog crap everywhere outside and small and large alcohol bottles. Drug baggies thrown all around. They know they have these problems and do not address it. This place has a lot more problems but if you want a safe place to rest this isn't one of them. Never bad, bad,bad
MoreWorst stay ever. Prepaid for a double beds. Got single bed smaller room. Room smelt bed, Rollaway bed was horrible . Smelt like rotten shoes!! Manager would not Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — and that says a lot coming from someone who has traveled the world. After driving all day with my exhausted 3-year-old granddaughter, we arrived to find a handwritten sign on the door saying “Back at 7:45 pm – lunch.” At nearly 8 PM. Really?I had prepaid for a studio suite with TWO beds. When the front-desk attendant finally returned, she casually informed me that the room I paid for was already occupied. Her solution? “I’ll go knock on her door and tell her to move to a one-bedroom.” Completely unacceptable and wildly unprofessional. Then she tells me she needs to “clean the room and change sheets” herself because there is **no housekeeper on duty**. Meanwhile my granddaughter is half-asleep in my arms, just wanting a bed.I asked to speak with the manager, Myrna. Instead of apologizing or fixing the problem, she offered me a **smaller room** with a **rollaway bed**, refused a full refund, and told me I’d have to deal with Booking.com myself for even a partial credit. And the “compensation” she offered? 25%. That’s insulting. The room we were finally given smelled like **dirty shoes**, the walls were **damaged and peeling**, and the rollaway bed was so bad you could feel every single spring digging into your back. This entire place needs a deep clean and a remodel. No Tv Remote but the tv did not even have a power cord!!! And the price? **$166 USD** for a room that normally goes for around $66. They jacked up the rate because of a big statewide race in town and still delivered a room that felt worse than a roadside motel. This was a rip-off from start to finish. Families, travelers, anyone with standards — **avoid this hotel at all costs.** They are not prepared, not professional, and absolutely not worth the money.
MoreAwful experience, won't be back. We were put in their last room available. The room that the TV was removed and cords laying on the ground, old toothpaste dried in the sink, dirty floors, saggy noisy mattress. Second day, key got deactivated so after a 12 hour day at a concert, we walk up the 3 flights of stairs to have a key that doesn't work...it was frustrating. Every time going to the front desk no one was there and there isn't a bell to ring. So I just had to sit there and wait until someone showed up.
MoreI had a very disappointing experience at the hotel, where I waited in the lobby with three other guests for about 20 minutes with no receptionist in sight. The receptionist, Monique, eventually appeared and responded unprofessionally, raising her voice and stating she had been in the bathroom. I wouldn’t have needed assistance at all if my room key—activated by Monique just the night before—had not stopped working. I hope management will take appropriate action to address this and ensure Monique understands her responsibilities and the importance of respectful communication with guests.
MorePros: we stayed in room 102 for only $145 for one night, huge room, huge king bed, full kitchen, nice staff, TV and a/c worked perfectly, not too far of a drive from restaurants and 7-10 min drive to Save Mart CenterCons: we could hear everything outside, we heard the bass from a car for hours, a domestic dispute that happened where the cops were called, a random little girl coming up to our window and tapping it, we could hear noises upstairs, and then a con would also be we arrived around 2 and the room wasn't ready. We came back at 3, still not ready and 330, finally ready. Would stay here again.
