Driver was so rude. Took us the longest route possible to our destination. 15 minute ride, without traffic was $25.00...took UBER on the return for $10.50. Stunned at how our driver handled our situation. Took us to the wrong location (address clearly stated on building that it wasn't the address we gave him) and yet he argued with us as the meter ran. Was traveling while I was very sick and he wanted to put me out on the street so I could walk to my destination since he couldn't find it. I am heartbroken at how this situation was handled and have filed many reports with Better Business Bureau, Cleveland Chamber and the Mayor's office. Such a disgrace to Cleveland.

ClevelandTaxi Cab service was on time, was very reliable, extremely professional, was recommended to use Cleveland Taxi Cab Service. They even took my credit cards! I'm from NYC so I am used to the yellow taxi's and having to use the over priced Uber when I can't find one. My friend was supposed to pick me up at the airport when I got into cleveland but something happened and she was stuck at work. She told me NOT to take a cab and to call these guys instead. I said alright and called, I didn't have to wait long before a clean cab rolled up. The driver was great and took my luggage and So it was an extremely enjoyable ride. I'm glad I listened to my friend and didn't jump at the first cab I saw, I had so much fun, I didn't want to leave the car. The driver also told me a bit about this or that place as we passed and I made sure to get his card for my return trip to the airport (I told my friend she didn't have to drive me!) I will be going down to Cleveland (ohio) soon and I have their number saved in my phone and ready to go! I wish we had a service like this in Brooklyn
