Good customer service and fun atmosphere. They were quick and lines went fast. I had a blast with friends and would go again!

Concession was HORRIBLE. Stood at the counter while girls were talking to one another and stood there for 10 minutes before deciding to leave. Make sure the little girls behind the counter at concession don’t ignore you!!!!

This place is awesome. Kids love it here and there is a ton to do and it is fun for parents who want to play. Ignore the low reviews on this site. One is giving one star because the hours were wrong on Google and they left with crying kids. It’s probably a mistake and doesn’t deserve a one star because it has nothing to do with the business or the experience with the business. The other bad review is someone complaining that they couldn’t understand how the billing works. It is clearly explained that it is an ongoing membership and is billed monthly.I am not affiliated with the business but I bring my kid there all the time and have a blast. I am tired of people that don’t have the understanding of how hard it is to run a business and just like to complain. If you leave a review tell us about the business or the experience / not “the hours were wrong on Google and my spoiled kids cried all the way home”.

Very sketch place, every time we got sick it was directly after going here. We also signed up for a 30 day unlimited membership. Come to find out they would charge us every month with out our permission then claim they don't sell only 30 day memberships that it's all continuous billing every month. I had to submit a fraud report and get a new credit card.

Inaccurate hours on Google. We arrived with very excited children. The building was open at 10am. With no one in sight inside. Realized hours on door say open at 2pm. You really should correct this. We left with crying children. Thanks for nothing.
