We completely believe in customer education! If your house has green algae or mildew, high pressure can remove this however can damage surfaces. Low pressure house washing allows the soap to clean as well as agitate grime to safely remove without damage. If your roof has black streaks or green moss growing, high pressure will do damage. Statistics show that shingle roofs are prematurely replaced due to this issue , whereas a soft wash process will clean and renew the look of your roof. This application is recommended from the shingle manufacturer themselves. High pressure on wood decks and fences can fur wood and create issues for current or future stain applications. We are local and love to educate our customers/ homeowners as best as possible.
