Established in 1979, Prime Time Athletic Club is a more than 100,000-square-foot full-service athletic facility. The club has tennis, racquetball, handball, squash and basketball courts. It has two advanced cardiovascular training centers with various equipment that includes lifecycle, treadmill, stairclimber, elliptical trainer, nordic skier, versaclimber and rower. Prime Time Athletic Club also has one Olympic size and two-lane lap pools and the club provides swimming lesson for children and adults. It provides a variety of complimentary services and programs, including assessments with a podiatrist, physical therapist and chiropractor. Additionally, it offers instruction in fitness, and yoga, karate, tai chi, pilates and tennis classes.
