They were on time and got me to the airport quickly. Their prices were reasonable for a taxi. I prefer them to Uber when I have a lot of bags because they are helpful with them.

The driver was safe but the service is over over priced. They are better deals. Also the car was not even as cleas as UBER standards. I don't feel there was a lot of accountability and the driver (I used this service several times before changing to only UBER) could take me on whatever route even if there was a shorter or faster way. I felt like I was taken advantage of because I didn't know the area. On the other hand, as opposed to some of the other cab/Uber services I felt like th Serra Yello Cab drivers were more safe drivers in general. I used this service at least four or five times between Feb-May 2016
